The discs are grouped by chapter, so the titles and the notes under them say where the book goes. They start blacked out.

A warning from the archive

You are about to lift the redaction on a document that was sealed for a reason. Under those bars is the plot of the book, in the order it happens.

The chapter titles name what happens. The notes beneath them name who it happens to, in which city, and what it costs them. Twenty-four chapters, and the ending sits at the bottom of the last disc where anyone can see it.

There is no restoring from an earlier save. What is read cannot be unread, and no one has yet invented the machine that puts it back.
